Insurance and Payment

We do not participate in any insurance, HMO, or managed care plans. Our private treatment services are provided on a self-pay basis only and all treatment fees are payable at the time of service. Clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement can file insurance claims on their own using the monthly statements we routinely provide.  We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
